New Years Eve -Infant Feeding Support Group/ Virtual Vision Board Party
Infant Feeding Support Group: Virtual Vision Board Party
Vision & Purpose
The postpartum season is a time of profound transition—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. While so much attention is placed on pregnancy and birth, parents are often left to navigate postpartum life quietly and alone.
Our Postpartum Support Group Virtual Vision Board Party creates intentional space for parents to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and their hopes during this tender season. This gathering is not about “bouncing back,” but about honoring where you are and envisioning what support, rest, healing, and joy can look like for you moving forward.
Through guided reflection, gentle conversation, and creative expression, participants will be supported in:
Naming their needs and desires in the postpartum period
Reclaiming their identity beyond survival mode
Visualizing sustainable support systems and community
Connecting with other parents in a judgment-free, nurturing space
This virtual experience centers care, compassion, and collective healing—reminding parents that they are not alone and that their well-being matters just as much as their baby’s.
Our vision is for every participant to leave feeling seen, grounded, and empowered, with a personal vision they can return to as a reminder that support is allowed, rest is necessary, and joy is possible in postpartum.
